Called for assistance and got no where except for some clean towels a half hour later. (Which I would recommend against- plenty of food but bland or poorly flavored). Next day had the same schedule except for eating at the hotel buffet. Told them no but certainly wanted it done the next day. Went to the front desk to complain and asked if we wanted it cleaned right then. Wasn’t a terrible thing but certainly unexpected. Came back to the room at 11:30 and found it hadn’t been touched- beds unmade bathroom uncleaned. Played 27 holes, went out for supper, came back and played blackjack for a couple hours. We left the morning after arriving for golf. The problem we had was with the absence of service.
The bathroom was fine, shower pressure was fine. The room was nice and the beds comfortable. Stayed here for three nights with 15 other guys for a golf trip as part of a package with Tunica National Golf Club. We are already looking to return for our anniversary in July. We were in an out of room so housekeeping could not get in and they were nice enough to follow up call to see if we needed anything. Had take out from food court and loved loved loved the onion rings and double cheeseburger. I also had take out from diner but turkey club also had ham and American cheese with pale fries so I did not eat much of that. Ate at Buffet next morning and liked it a lot but bagles were stale but omelettes and prime rib delicious.

This is compared to losing almost two grand at Crashers in Vegas and the Bartender balking at a free drink. Bartenders were great and always at hand and since we were playing a good bit never hassled us. The room we had though was nice and we spent night at bar with a fun band.

Check in was tedious with 2 clerks at 330pm on a Saturday so when I asked about applying my suite upgrade was told host was present on Sunday. I was happy to arrive and see that it still was nice not having been here in a few years.
